The Troxus T-Rex 27.5" is a high-performance, full-suspension electric mountain bike (e-MTB) built for off-road adventure and trail riding. It is powered by a robust Bafang 1000W (peak power) mid-drive motor which delivers 200Nm of torque, perfectly paired with an integrated torque sensor to provide smooth, natural pedal assistance that dynamically responds to the rider's effort. This power system, combined with a premium Shimano Deore 10-speed drivetrain, is engineered to tackle the steepest climbs and rough terrain with reliable and efficient performance.

For endurance and rider comfort, the T-Rex is equipped with a long-range 48V/20Ah (960Wh) UL-approved battery featuring Samsung cells, offering a max range of up to 80 miles on a single charge. Its aluminum dual-suspension frame and 110mm of front and rear travel (with SR Suntour air shock) effectively smooth out rocks and ruts, ensuring a comfortable ride across various surfaces. Safety and control are maintained through powerful Tektro Hydraulic Disc Brakes using large 203mm rotors, providing confident and consistent stopping power in wet or dry conditions.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bought 3 year warranty for new Dyson vacuum for $76. On day 2 the battery for vacuum would not lock into place. In order to have a functioning vacuum as quickly as possible, I purchased a second battery from Amazon. That resolved the problem, proving the battery was the problem, not the vacuum. I filed a claim with Assurion, which included sending photos, receipts, etc. The claim was still "processing" for a week. I got on a chat with Assurion, and for nearly an hour I tried to explain why it was unnecessary for me to return the whole vacuum. I asked for a supervisor, but they advised me to call because no supervisor was available. I called, and after finally getting through the computer system, I got the same run around. Finally a supervisor came on the line to tell me that this was actually an Amazon or a Dyson problem, and that I would need to return the entire vacuum. Also they would not "reimburse" for the battery I purchased. I never wanted reimbursement, I only wanted a functional battery - which is what I paid for. The supervisor told me I could "contact" Amazon. Everyone knows there is no human to contact at Amazon. You can keep the product, or you can return the product. As previously stated, I do not want to return the vacuum. Finally, the supervisor connected my call to Dyson. They refused to help me because I purchased the vacuum through Amazon. After two wasted hours, I ended up just where I suspected I would...without any help at all. I am going to try to "return" the useless Assurion warranty.
